1. Remember, mobile phones can have numerous functions. However, the needs of a teenage customer may restrict the number of functions required for the final layout of each phone.
2. The shape of the phone has been developed by a group of designers. They have decided on an ‘ergonomically’ friendly shape. The phone can be used held vertically, in one hand OR held horizontally in both hands.
Designers often have restrictions or limitations placed on them. This often conflicts with the quick pace of technological change.
