Three Way Learning is a strategy that enables pupils to research and revise in a structured manner. In the exercise below, the pupils are revising finishes to materials. For each group of circles, the name of the finish is printed in the centre circle. The pupils then research each ‘finish’ by following the ESSENTIAL LINK at the top of the page. They write in - how the finish is applied to the surface, the materials that are suitable for the finish and the properties of the finish. A sample answer is included on the first page. |
