As the propeller revolves the crank mechanism is pushed round. The speed of the wind determines the revolutions per minute (RPM) of the crank. |

A small, lightweight model can be attached/fixed to the top of the crank mechanism. As the crank revolves the model moves from side to side in a relatively smooth action. |
