EDUCATIONAL JIGSAW - 3
V. Ryan © 2006 - 2009
The small pieces of the ‘snake’ jigsaw are sprayed with paint and letters either painted on the surfaces or transfer letters applied. |
|
The jigsaw and base are placed in a storage box. The box has been made from either pine or mahogany. The lid is either transparent or translucent perspex. When the lid is closed the jigsaw can be seen from the outside. Dove tail joints or finger joints are used for the corner joints. |
|
How could a CNC machine be used to decorate the surface of the perspex lid ? Use notes and diagrams to explain your answer. |
