Dear Parent/Guardian,
I am writing to inform you that your son/daughter is currently producing
homework of a low standard. Please find enclosed the home work he/she
handed in on ____________. I am sure that you will agree that the standard
of homework is less than satisfactory for a pupil attempting a GCSE exam
project. Homework is extremely important as it extends the amount of work
that can be completed by pupils and consequently improves examination
results.
The staff in the Technology Department will be monitoring your
sons/daughters work very carefully and if necessary we will contact you
again. There is no reason why your son/daughter should not be successful
in the GCSE examinations but this can only be achieved through hard work
and effort.
If you wish to discuss this matter with me please do not hesitate to
