Official merchandise always has the emblem of the Olympic Games and the City / Countries emblem. Each Olympic Games has thousands of official helpers and track officials. Usually hats are part of the uniform. These keep the hot sun of the heads of the people but are also part of a smart uniform. Your are to take your design for the official emblem / logo and apply it to the ribbon which is seen round the top of the hat. You may need to alter the design slightly to fit it to the long ribbon and add shade / colour to the background.
