The notice regarding helicopter tours in Hawaii was seen pinned to a telegraph pole. Tourists probably do not realise the damage that these type of excursions cause to the local environment and the quality of life of local people.
The notice makes it clear how some local people feel towards helicopter rides. What type of local person would argue that tourism including helicopter rides is a benefit to the local community?

List the ways in which tourism benefits local people.

Design a more welcoming logo/symbol. The symbol must create a welcoming atmosphere to tourists but at the same time warn of the environmental damage helicopter rides cause to the local environment and the reduction in the quality of life that some local people feel strongly about.
