ORTHOGRAPHIC DRAWING - THE G CRAMP |
This exercise is concerned with completing the orthographic drawing of the G Cramp. Drawing a screw thread is as difficult as it may first appear. The diagram below explains it. The main point is that there is no need to draw each individual thread. A double line (see below) represents the thread. The distance between the double lines is the ‘depth’ of the thread. |
