The Bel Air Easy Chair, was designed by Peter Shire in 1982 for the Memphis Group, is made from wood and coloured cotton fabric. One of the chairs most interesting features is the asymmetrical back, based on the from of a shark’s fin. The selection of colours is a sign of the designs Memphis origins.
